While Idanite LLC was studying the Iraqi market we noticed there was a need for an ecommerce platform that's made to be performant, basic and doesn't have any frills or unneeded features. The merchants often complained of slow loading times, outages and prices not worth the service.
In Q4 2025 we launched the Tasawoq platform. A way for merchants to display their products without any unnecessary additions, with a way to contact the merchant directly via WhatsApp. This keeps the sales private and away from us while also lowering our infrastructure costs. Every merchant will have their own app, completely separate from other merchants. Giving them complete freedom of how their app looks.
