How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account from the Alkhwarizmi app, please follow these steps:

1. Grab your account ID: Open the app and head to the settings, take note of your account ID.

2. Send an Email: Write an email to support@idanite.com with your account ID. Include the ID within the subject line or body of the email.

3. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 5 business days and confirm when it’s complete.

Please note that this action is irreversible and will wipe all collected data with the given account ID, and once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
